Hi Ladies, a few weeks ago some of us were talking about how easy using cake mixes for cookies it was... I just realized something... JELLO!! gee you can get boxes of jello 5/$1 here at Walgreens!! I'm trying to compile a bunch of quick and easy recipes for Christams goodies cuz this year I can't physically be in the kitchen or on my feet for long... I just googled this and came up with LOADS of uses for Jello! cookies made from jello

ANYBODY ELSE HAVE SOME QUICK AND EASY CHRISTMAS GOODIE IDEAS? Please share.. thanks!

Jello Cookies
24-30 cookies

3/4 c marg or butter
1/2 c sugar
1- 3oz jello gelatin, any flavor
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 & 1/2 c flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
*******
Cream marg, sugar, jello and eggs together in a medium to large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Roll dough into small balls and place on a greased and floured cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Sometimes a little flour on the forks help keep them from sticking.
Bake 608 minutes at 350 degrees

No Walgreens close to me.....but there is a tearpad coupon for $1/any 3 Kraft items showed on coupon and Jello is one of the items. So your jello would be free if they accept coupons :) Cindy 4|2|Yes they do take coupons|teener|teenerzacsneenee@yahoo.com|14:17:24|10/30/2008|
