Ok so Mom has a plan through medicare she was getting most of her drugs for free but she recieved notice that she has reached a set amount and now has to pay out $3.000 before the benifits kick in sooooo my question is can I now use the gc coupons since she has to pau for them or do they still look at her policy as being goverment? Thanks 1|1|Hmm, not sure on that one....Maisa, are you there to help with this? (since you are our resident pharmacist, lol) |saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|14:19:32|10/28/2008|

walgreens will not letyou use coupons for pharmacy but cvs & rite aid will. call first and ask. my kroger her will not. I have used pharmacy coupons to get a gift card at several cvs and rite aid. I paid $3.00 for drug and got $20.00 gift card. I also gotten a gift card at drug mart.

and the "hole"?
If Medicare is no longer paying and there's NO chance of getting out of the hole before the New Year use those GC's. Just be sure to tell the Druggist or Tech that you don't want it billed to Medicare. You are paying out of pocket of this RX. In this case a 30day RX is better than 90 day supply. aka more GC's HTH
5|2|Yes thats it Thanks you It won't take long to get to the $3000 but it won't be before the new year |teener|teenerzacsneenee@yahoo.com|19:08:46|10/28/2008|
