This was about 11 in the morning. It didn't finally wear off for either of us til around 7 that night. It had been over 20 yrs. since I had mine dilated last so I was a little nervuos that it was taking so long to wear off. Was a relief to know it took just as long for my mom's, & that it's evidently not unusual to take that long sometimes. My DH is back to normal in about 3 hours..... takes more like 6-10 hours for me.  Since I know my eyes are slow to recover and fast to dilate, I've learned to ask them to try for small drops...it seems to help.<P>But don't freak out and don't worry---- nothing is wrong!!
