That area here in chicago is a very rough neighborhood, crime is high there and I always hear on the news people being shot, killed etc..I know the people in that area are afraid to talk to police, they are afraid for themself...hoping someone comes forward with info to help catch this crazy person..They did not need to kill those people let alone a innocent child.
** The sad thing is that crime occurs in this neighborhood all the time people are killed, even children, it is shown once on the news and forgotton by the media, the only reason they are running this is because it is a famous persons family, many crimes here go unsolved in that neighborhood becuase the media does not give enough coverage for just the unfamous people just trying to survive and live their life in a very poor neighborhood..

missing probation or some stupid thing, and they said last night on chicago news, it had nothing to do with this current crime.
