Hi and welcome to the board.
Many here ask for feedback so that we can get a feel for trading with someone. Think of eBay. Any time you want to buy something, don't you look at the seller's feedback? If they have an 80% feedback, you'd probably feel uncomfortable buying from them.
As sad as it is to say this, this is the time of year that scammers come to RS in droves. Not that you are, I am just saying. These people come, solicit trades, and then rip people off. We've had people trade hot coupons that they didn't have, ripping lots of people off for a lot of money. That is why people are cautious.
Here's what you can do.
1) Start a feedback link on the feedback board
2) Make some small trades. If people are worried you won't send, offer to send your end first.
3) Get a paypal account. Paypal is quick and easy. Then the other person doesn't have to worry that you might rip them off.
4) Ask others to leave feedback.
5) Can your neighbor introduce you here? How'd you find us? Post a little about yourself.
6) Always be prompt with trading and don't over extend yourself. If you can't mail the same day or the next, don't make the trade.
That's all I've got. Don't be frustrated with the system. No one would trade with me when I first came here... I had to get a paypal account before anyone would trade with me...

Why she was reluctant to provide feedback/references - didn't have any positive maybe? - & why she's also been reluctant to repond to Rebekka's requests for NAZ - it would've outed her.
It would also explain the nastiness, which is typical MO for bad traders who resurface w/another alias to scam MORE people, & don't want to get caught!
