The way I first heard it, kids did not have to be living at home, or in school full time, just single till the age of 26, or 30 for veterans.  The article I just read calls them dependants, so not sure how that works. I wonder if the provisions would have anything about not being eligible if they have a job that would allow them to purchase insurance through their employer.
