I've had mine for a long time and I love it. It's so much more easier than using other die cut machines. I do have other die cut machines though and still use them sometimes for projects etc. If you can afford it, I would recommend the Cricut Expressions machine, it cuts bigger and eventually that is the one I would like, it's more functional etc. Check AC Moore, they had a deal awhile back on them. I would compare prices at JoAnn's and Michael's or any other craft store you have there..Also check Walmart too...Then check the prices online at scrapbook stores and see what they are going for...CreativeXpress has good deals sometimes too...Also if you'd rather make payments on one, I think QVC or HSN has them too...I think the best deal are the ones that come with cartridges...Sorry wish I was more of a help...Hugs, Rebekka

I got both as gifts and the expressions is the way to go if possible. It can do so much really cool stuff. If you can it helps to find someone else to share cartiages with.. they can be $50+ each. Their website has lots of infomation...if I can help any please just let me know. Lauri
