The company I used went out of business so here is my questions.  I'm looking for the best/strongest smelling candles/tarts from small online shops.  I also want them to have affordable shipping. <P>I really want to spend my money with small online business that will appreciate my business. <P>TIA<BR>Joie <P><BR>Good things come to those who wait.

Candle prices depend on what you want, I like to make mine creative and not just in jars...I use tea cups & saucers and mugs, mostly for my candles to make them look like a cup of tea, or cappacinno, hot cocoa etc..I have'nt had time to add candle/tarts to my web site yet. I do sell other hand made items for babys,children, adults.<P>
