...well, the Dr. apparently thinks it could be my gallbladder, as he listed and felt around my abdomen. He said my stomach *IS* distended, I told him I am bloated all the time! He gave me an RX for Nexium, said it will help reduce the acid in my system.
My ultrasound for the gallbladder is scheduled for next Thurs., the 9th, at 9AM.
While I really cannot afford the co-pay today and the ultrasound (lord knows what THAT will cost?!), I have to say I'm glad I went in. Apparently, this isn't all in my head. I realized I've been suffering for about a mo. with this stuff, I started out after Labor Day thinking I caught a flu bug, but looking back, I think that was the beginning. I haven't been well since.
