I have never made a completly homemade apple pie before. Im using my apple pie filling that i canned last week and i even made the dough from scratch i dont know what came over me this morning, LOL. But i sure hope that it taste good when its done :)

Now i may be completly biased here but i think that was the best apple pie ever, LOL The crust was so light and flaky i will never buy store bought pie crust again now that i know that i can make them :)

Feeling a little weak here so may need some homemade apple pie to help keep my strength. Hint! Hint! ROFL!!
I don't trust myself w/a homemade crust so I cheat & try to find candles that have "baked apple pie" or "angel food cake" scents. LOL I keep searching for the ever elusive "fresh baked bread" candle scent but at least I can handle baking a loaf from the frozen bread dough. LOL That makes excellent pizza crust too btw. ;)
