I only hope you will get more help than what I got from them.

It was by accident I found the local YMCA's pool helped me the most...and much cheaper too!
Sadly my group of docs were satisfied with me being wheelchair bound and paying their bill. The pain is still with me and guess it always will. Drop me an email if I can be of help.

.......water is what helped me! I would ask for extra time if you can bare it. Insurance companies/Medicare,ect consider Aqua(water)therapy beginners PT and will cover the charges for only a very short time.
Keep us updated! 6|1|went today...had epidural shot in back for back and leg pain that nothing else would seem to touch...he said to give it a few|karlou|karlou5@yahoo.com|22:26:00|10/01/2008|

I have had a total of 5 of them over the last year. The first one may not help you but the second may. I got temporary relif from mine but when i say temporary i mean only a day or two not worth it if you ask me. But i had to give it a try. All i can say is good luck with them. I could tell you some horror stories but i wont, LOL
