I get these envelopes from Disabled Veterans that already have postage on them. They have a little bar code on them--is that all I need to cover/mark out to reuse it? Other than the address, of course?

They are not the same thing."---Douglas Yates 1|1|I have used them....cover up the prepaid postage in the corner with a large size postage stamp, black out the bar codes on the bottom, then I use a blank adhesive addy label or shipping label to cover up the pre-printed addy on them...never had them come back to me as long as I do those things :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|20:05:33|09/27/2008|

I like being able to use the envies, saves me money and I can recycle at the same time :)
