Your computer has to be configured 100% correctly and I refuse myself to mess around to fix that problem so here is my work around and everyone I've sent this too says it works for them as well.

Quick fix on how to get peoples email addresses in your "to" part of your email.

If you can't click on the address in the post or in your case when you do it doesn't add the address.

Right click on the "send email to" part of the RS msg and select copy.

Open your new email message window and "paste" into the "to" box the address you just copied.

You then need to remove the "mailto:" part in front of the email address.

That's what I do and it works every time.

Another way is to hold your mouse pointer over the "send email to" and the address should appear in the lower left corner of your browser window if you use IE. You can just get a pen and copy it and then type it in the email address box.
