Daughter went to WalMart yesterday to buy groceries. She had about 8 formula checks & cashier couldn't figure out how to use them. Had to call a CSM to do this. She also couldn't do them. Finally daughter got a little aggravated & told them how to do which of course went over like a lead balloon. Explained to them that she had worked at WalMart for 7 years. To make a long story short, they got pretty snippy about this & told her that she was not going to be allowed to use these formula checks at their store again unless each person whose name was on them was there as these all had to be signed. It says on the backs, retailer please sign, she pointed this out & they argued that she was the retailer, DUH!! Why don't these stores take the time to teach the cashiers how to do coupons & explain to them that more than 1 article of the same thing can be bought with a coupon if a coupon is there for each item, not 1 item per purchase as so many argue. It does not mean you can only use 1 coupon even if you bought 3 of the same coupon, each item is 1 purchase. I swear WalMart has some of the gripiest cashiers that I've ever dealt with. Told them that we could take our business else where, didn't have to deal with them. They didn't like that either. First time I've ever had a problem with formula checks, guess they didn't like the fact that we were getting them for 50 cents ea. since they won't get paid for them. They didn't like it that we had a bunch of coupons at all, griped & checked each item to make sure it was bought, again DUH, if it wasn't bought the cash register wouldn't accept it. Dumb!!!!
