Howdy everyone,
Wow I sure have missed all of you so very much. First of all, I want to Thank Joy Jr. for calling and checking on us. That really made our night to hear from her. It was such a pleasure to talk to her and we feel so blessed to have such wonderful friends. Also we still cannot thank all of you enough for all your love and support, the cards and goodies we received were so wonderful and also the angel auction really touched our hearts. We can never thank all of you enough for everything. I cannot find the words to express how I feel about it all, it just seems Thank you isn't enough and I just want to say Will and I both appreciate all of you very much.
We haven't had internet and so I've really missed being online with all of you. They are suppose to put in Wi Fi here, but not sure when it will happen. So I had to get a dial up service for now, because we need the internet for keeping in touch with all of you and our family. Plus we need it to use with our homeschooling too. We had to move closer to the drs. and hospital because the van acts up, so we figured down here in the city, we can at least walk to places or catch a bus if the van isn't working. We sure miss Black Canyon City, it's very rural and peaceful up there, it's not so bad here though but we prefer rural area better. We are in Phoenix right now. My PO BOX is the same though, I kept it in Black Canyon City, cause I'm paid up on it til the end of the year, plus we would love to move back there if we had the opportunity. We also have been thinking about moving back to Virginia to be closer to our boys. Cheyenne is doing good, she will be 9 on the 30th of this month, hard to believe my baby girl is already going to be 9, they grow up too fast. She's in 4th grade and is doing good with homeschooling. This month is very hard for us, because we found out that Will isn't going to get his long term disability check for a month, so we have to go a month without any income. We can't apply for social services(state aid) because then it would affect his disability. So we have been scrapping by and just trying to get through this month. I told Will I need to get online and do some trading so I can get some coupons to help us out. They sure come in handy. We also don't have health insurance, Will's job terminated him, so we lost our insurance and we can't afford COBRA, it's 1200 dollars a month, that's ridiculous, so we are trying to get public assistance insurance or whatever it is called. We are calling and making an appt. for that this week. We are at rock bottom, but we still have faith that things will turn around for us. We aren't giving up.
About Will's health. He had his petscan and it seems we know nothing more than we did after the surgery. The dr. said the cancer seems to be dormant right now, but he's not sure about the cancer on the aorta. His dr. is going to a conference this month at MD Anderson's in TX and also is going to discuss Will's case there, so then he will let us know what the next step is, we are just tired of waiting for answers or being told different things by different drs. Anyways just please keep us in your prayers and I will try to check in as much as possible. This dial up is slow so it takes time to log in sometimes. went to the store on 8/31 the kraft cheese ones exp 8/30... was sick so I bought juices and let all the other coupons expire...
also have one of those bogo for dove chocolates? we have been sick for so long... missed lots of august stuff... have almost all of them if you can use exp? also send addy? tyvm!
