Does anyone know how to get mold out of clothing? I'm not sure this can be done, but would appreciate any help or advice in this matter. My five month old threw up on his blanket that my sister made for him and gave him for Christmas while we were away from home. We put it into a plastic bag and it slipped under the seat of our van. My husband brought the bag inside from the van about a week after it happened and we found that it has a few spots of mold on it. I'd really like to find a way to get it out as my sister will be absolutely crushed if she finds out and it's such a cute blanket. Please post or email me w/ any help. If you've tried everything at home, spray n wash, shout or anything like that and it didnt work try calling your local dry cleaner. They have sooooo many solutions behind their counter to work on tons of different things. They might be able to get it out for you. HTH, Heather

I got it out soaking it in a bucket w/ very hot water and two scoops of Oxiclean. It didn't work on his little shirt though. Seemed like it was two deep down in the fabric. At least I saved the blanket. She made one for both of my little men with their names in the corner. So cute!
