Two days ago I got alot of sleep and the next day I felt optimistic and kept thinking It's all good..... Today I'm beaten down again. Please try to get sufficient rest. a dr once told me "you have to stay well yourself before you can help another person with their wellness." Also try not to get undernourished-- I know it is impossible to have anormal home routine when you are running to nursing home as often as you can... But if you run these various risks, you may get sick too. I hope you have local family to help you adn to be sxupportive.
