Do NOT throw out a debit card if you get it in the mail thinking it's just a advertisement. It's actually a debit card WITH money on it. Lots of people are receiving these and thinking they are junk mail, they are throwing them out. It takes a long time and sitting on phone for hours trying to get it replaced. The government is really screwing up this time, sending these debit cards instead of checks.

Worse ... my husband pitches stuff since he had his stroke 12 yrs. ago. I try and go through everything, but who knows ... sigh.
