Posted on Jul-01-20 at 09:42 AM (Eastern) by 98.211.185.103 I bought a "live" tree on Amazon which took 6 weeks to arrive and arrived 90% dead - but I planted it anyhow and now it is really, really dead I cannot figure out how to complain to Amazon - I have been all over their website and I can find how to complain to the sender (who is useless and English is not his primary language) but how can I actually tell Amazon what is going on? They must care a little bit about their private sellers? Help Joanie Bottari
