Here is a poem that our daughter Robin just wrote - She is a Director of Nursing at a hospital in NJ where they lost a patient to Corona virus.
COVID-19
What's going on is oh so scary,
It's making all of us so weary.
Will there be an end in sight,
To the world's brand new plight.
As healthcare workers we are trying so hard,
But the end in sight seems so far.
Wash your hands and stay at home,
If we all do that it will soon be gone.
I pray for those that are sick and afraid,
It's only right to let their love one stay.
The numbers of cases are growing so fast,
I pray this will soon be in the past.
Remember to tell those you love just how you feel,
And pray for others to quickly heal.
All I have left to say is be safe and smart,
This is my wish for you from the bottom of my heart.
