My garlic powder gets hard in the jar so then I have to put in the trash and get a new bottle. Is there any way to stop the garlic powder from getting hard and clumping?

Have a great day Gloria

When humidity is high my onion-cinnamon-garlic powder gets solid. I try and turn it every week in summertime. like top to bottom.

I've done this for years w/my salt & sugar shakers. Seems to help keep them from clumping & getting hard. I imagine some uncooked rice grains would work too except those might be small enough to get out of the holes.
