Think I would stuff them with more of a stuffed pepper mixture ... but it's a cute idea. I also like the idea of making a jack-o-lantern out of a pineapple.

Our trick-or-treat night was to be Wednesday the 31st and the city just changed it to tomorrow night on Tuesday, due to weather.
