that my 10 year old granddaughter can make for Girl Scouts. It has to be a drop cookie that she can make herself. Anybody have any good easy recipes you'd like to share? Thanks!

1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
Preheat oven 350
Mix in bowl. Drop on cookie sheet. About an inch or so apart. You can cross with a fork dipped in water. Bake 10 minutes. You need to let them sit on the pan for about 10 minutes to set. Easy and yummy. Makes about 12 small cookies.

Two Ingredient Banana Cookies

2 ripe bananas
1 cup of whole oats
1/4 cup of any add-ins you like: pecans, almonds, peanut butter, chocolate chips, coconut, etc.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper, butter or a silicone liner. Simply mash the bananas in a bowl and add the oats and stir. If you choose to include more add-ins, throw ’em in. Form the “dough” into little mounds, about 2 inches across, and note: they won’t rise or change shape in the oven. Bake for 12 minutes.

Cool Whip Cookies

1 Box Cake Mix
1 Egg
1 Cool Whip or Store Brand Whipped Topping

Optional Food Coloring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Stir egg into dry cake mix, then fold in the cool whip. Add food coloring if you wish at this time.
Scoop out the cookie batter onto a cookie sheet with a spoon.
Place the cookie scoops in the oven for 10-12 minutes
