She had surgery to have a pin put in. It will be there for 8 weeks before being removed. We are having to keep her in her kennel all this time and she is becoming very depressed. I'm trying everything I can think of to cheer her up. I've put a bird feeder outside our bedroom window and put her kennel on our bed so she can see them when they come to eat. I've brought in flowers, rocks, grass from outside and put in her kennel for a little while. We've played with bracelets, bottle caps, you name it. Anybody go through this and can give me some tips? She's getting where she doesn't want to eat or drink much. She doesn't have her pin removed until Nov.9th.I hate seeing her like this. Would love any help. Thanks, Pat

She's recovering from major surgery. Check with your vet about adjusting meds to include appetite stimulant. Prayers up for a swift and successful recovery.

Purrrz,

Sue

Such as infection? Or possibly she's in pain?

Call vet and see what she/he says. Maybe
you cat needs to be seen by the vet.
