Just spent at least 20 minutes holding on for purina on the phone. Tried to input my codes and they came back invalid. Never had a problem before. System is down. Lovely. Gave the girl all my info and let's see if she gives me my point adjustment. Also filled out form on their site with my code information. Had to vent. This is not worth it. Rewards aren't even that good. I remember getting the big bag of food not this little bag.

Just logged on to my myperks account and guess what- someone actually did what they said they would do. I have my double points for my 2 codes. So happy.
