It might be worth it to some to check into this...look especially for any old address (different states)that you lived at.
This is legit. The list for VA ran in our local newspaper.
Both DH and I have unclaim money. Do not know how much yet...but do know that it is from Athem and another one Nationwide. Just got a letter have to send info proving we lived at our last address (we moved to this house 9 years ago).

they have on file......old bill....checking account..or..if you had public assistance they can provide you proof.....i know this cause my daughter has money on here from an old job..and thats what they told her.....you can even claim cash for a dead relative that is listed on the site..but you must provide evidence that you are next of kin.....a child of the person ....spouse or something
