I just received this, and was so dissappointed. You have to use at leasst 3 pods to get a good size cup of coffee and the machine is so noisy. I gave it to my neighbor and tossed all the coupons in the trash. 2|2|That's a shame.. we love ours... I've given one away as a gift and he loves it too!! It said I was eligible and when I opened it, I saw the Congratulations. I got the email yesterday. I had to go and give them my address and send the $15, there is a link in the email that will take you to the page but it will only let you use it once.
