trying to use one for a photo book..i won the code yesterday---and it's only taking off shipping, not the price of the book
and kodak isn't answering emails--anyone have success calling them??

Same thing has been happening to me. Just guessing here, but I think they are removing multiple email addresses and such from their system. Maybe wait awhile and try a new email and register again. sorry that happened to you! i wonder if kodak had made changes to the promo, but the only thing i don't understand is that shugafox was able to use one of your ROAK codes with no problem. i have a puzzle code i'll use soon. will report any problems for sure.
