You should be. You sign up at www.smokersignup.com. They will periodically send you 6 coupons for $1 off a pack. In addition to the coupons you will get some awesome FREE goodies. I have been signed up for about 2 years and I have recieved the following:
Hat for my daughter (very cute and girlie)
Lighted plastic ice cubes for your drinks (4 of them, with button to change the light to solid or flash at 2 speeds. Really neat!)
Playing cards set with game guide booklet (nice set)
30 cardboard coasters with party tips on them inside a cute little round blue tin
None of the stuff says Parliament on it but it all comes in Parliament boxes. This stuff comes about once every 6 months but it's free and it is a great unexpected surprise in your mailbox. I haven't been to the sign up site in a while so I hope I have the right address.
