I ordered a gift that was $17 total entered the code and it said it took $1.00 off yet it charged my paypal the full $17. What do I do now? The transaction info on my account says it took the $1.00 off but it didnt. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I checked my transaction when I used a coupon when I bought something on ebay and this is what it said.
There should be 2 different boxes toward the bottom; one with the header "Original Transaction" in yellow and the other "Related Transaction"? Also, right above that, it should say

Redemption Code and PayPal Funds
Funding Source:

$15.13 USD - PayPal Account
If your transaction looks similiar to that, then they did give the discount. If not, I would definitely contact them. :) HTH :)
