contradictory and unclear. On the Fleischm $18 form, left side of forms says to send orig form and orig crt(s). Nothing further. On the right side of form under the NAZ lines it says in smaller print to send crt-- instead of crt(s), orig upc (not upc(s) eventhough you'd have 2 if you bought 2 btls,. I did this Sazerac offer for the first time for $5 as I wanted to try this product. I mailed it on 7/22 and $5 check arrived today.
I'm reading the Gran Gala $10 SZA23056 expiring 12/31/23 offer in small print on right side and this is what it says (using my magnifying glass):
Offer void if original purchase receipt, original package UPC, this original mail-in certificate and complete NAZ are not included. However, on the left side it says only to send in original receipt, so their terms are not very clear. All the other Sazerac forms I have found from Canadian Hunter $21, Fleischmann's $18, $10, $8, $7 and $5 ones all say the same thing.

elaborate???? I cannot figure out what you are saying, nor can I figure out whether you have actually read all the fine print on all parts of the form. Did you only read the print on the left half of the form??? Did you read the other posts above yours and have something new and different to add to the conversation? It is unclear to me what you a re really saying. How many traders have told you they got paid without a upc? And did they clearly, definitely do the current offer that starts 7/1 and 7/15? I got th e impression that Sharon did the previous offer.
