We gave the American Cancer Society more than 10,000 for a luncheon, raffle and silent auction that I chaired here at the Palms - a Senior residence community.

Bravo all who planned, participated, came and/or donated to our HOPE FOR THE CURE luncheon today. Our team in ACS Relay for Life, "The Palms at Weston" is the 4th highest team in Davie, Cooper City, Weston Relay. We raised $10,793., and more checks coming for Luminarias. Our 50/50 raffle raised $970.00 - 50% of that is $485 and the winner donated $300 back to ACS. So ACS got a total of $785. from that. This will help fund research that may find a new cancer treatment or cure. Thanks to so many people. We ARE moving toward more cures for cancer, and this could not happen without the generosity and physical help of many here at the Palms. God bless you all. 💜💜💜
I spend lots of time collecting inserts and trading for and buying some coupons, and tried to get some donations here on RS. I dont get much, but have just a few here who take them and help me.
It's just not worth the effort so I will just deal with a few people who I am in touch with on email and phone. G-d Bless you Cassie and Pam and stay in touch. It just does not pay to continue all the work I do to collect and list the coupons here.

you have done as a volunteer, out of the goodness of your heart. You are (my definition of) an angel. I have lost a husband and a partner to cancer and appreciated the time you gave me to chat with me.
