to elaborate. The small print that says valid in u.s. is boilerplate that is from their regular typical template of terms... It is what they originally used on most/all forms. Whent he offer devizates from those terms, they add additional wording..... The additional term-- valid in CA, etc. has been added to make the offer more specific.
