I was unaware of the stamps. I went one bay after I read this post. I ordered 2 sets of 100 stamps,from 2 separate people. This was about 11:00. Just now I see e bay pulled one of the auctions I bought off the site? Now let's see if the credit card is refunded. There are lots of sellers doing this. I have sold on E Bay as a power seller for over 22 years, never new of this.
