"Does anyone have details on Riunite offer?"

It is a $36 offer and expires July 31. I got a form from someone and want to do the offer, but I can't see on the form if it matters what type of Riunite wine I buy. I wish they'd explain that. Unless my aging eyes just can't see it, I don't think they included that info. I'm hoping that someone did that offer or is going to do it and knows the answer because I'm not sure what they're expecting a person to buy. TIA.
Cathy

is that Frederick Wildman wines (Riunite,e tc) did not honor my subm issions so I stopped doing Riunite and others years ago..../ I would have to go to the Laredo/Del Rio status site to check what reason they gave but I think it had to do with my state of residence vs the states where these forms are distributed. It was one of the first times I saw that if forms are distributed in eastern states, they don't necessarily pay you if you do not reside near there. You may have better luck... I do wish you luck....

2 . "That makes me wonder if I even want to do the offer"

now that you told me that. I know how these wine companies are getting (some of them anyway) with not wanting to honor the rebates. I've had a devil of a time with some of them, so like you, I quit doing those. Why waste the money buying the forms, spending the time filling out the form and the envelope, paying the expensive postage just to get rejected or not even hear from them at all. It's just not worth the aggravation. I already bought this form but if I don't get paid, then that's it for that one, and I won't buy anymore of those forms. Thanks very much for the info. You're always a wealth of information.

3 . "more---"

I jsut went through my list of rebates I have sent in to Laredo or del rio--at the online grabmyrebate site. There was an unbelievable no. that did not pay.... Many did not give a reason.... just said further review needed adn then for amount of rebate it said 0.00 Some said no reason/description found. I found a Bolla $30 submitted in 2020 that rejected for this reason: submitter not a resident of a valid state. There were no states indicted on the form and I now recall that some people called the cl house to complain of this and they were told--- we cannot honor your request because that would be unfair to those who did comply.
I have now looked up Frederick wildman and their portfolio includes wines from all over the world including these from Italy--- Bolla and Riunite . Somewhere I have these brands on alist of wines that do not want to pay and will not budge if you point out the form has no disclosure regarding the fact that they require you to reside in a state where the form was distributed.... Best thing I can suggest is that you might consider calling the cl house, telling them a relative in NY or MA sent you the form knowing you like this wine and you want to confirm that it will be honored if purchased by a resident of another state.

there believes that promotions act as an incentive to increase sales
I don't believe that the purpose of having a rebate offer is to send checks to the people who request the rebate.... I believe it is part of a sales or management strategy. I have an acquaintance who sells forms and her customers buy a lot of forms that do not pay me.... So I'm guessing not everyone has the same experience with cl houses.....
