After quite awhile of not receiving any rebate checks, today I got this one in the mail with "Sazerac" in the upper lefthand corner and "P.O. Box 8499, Clinton, IA 52736" in the middle at the top. It's not one of Inmar checks, which is the clearing house that hasn't been paying me. So I've been wondering what rebate I sent for that actually pays. It's somewhat of a miracle. It's not like it will give me the incentive to refund longer because compared to what I had spent buying forms and on postage, I'm definitely losing money on this "hobby". It has turned out to be aggravating more than anything. I'm just curious what company actually came through with a check. I hadn't sent anything to Clinton, IA. Another clue as to what refund this might be for is more wording on the postcard check that says, "Thank you for participating in the multi-brand rebate," although that's not really a great clue. The amount is $36 and it also says "Void after 12/22/22." More info: "Payable through Quad City Bank and Trust, Davenport, IA". TIA for any information anyone has on this rebate.

site for current liquor offers. MultiBrand $36 is Sazerac and is a PA only form that has b een out for a long time and still has a long time til expiration. Maybe you found this form in yr state. It has the words Multibrand $36 and Sazerac so it seems likely that this is it.

Sazerac rebates used to go to Douglas, AZ and included Dr. McGillicuddy, Canadian Mist, Early Times, and Southern Comfort. You could check the status at: rewardsbymail.com
I stopped doing them a few years ago when they stopped paying and complaining got nothing, either.

to you both. I forgot about a rebate I did that I think one of the products was Dr. McGillicuddy's. I did find that form in the local wine & liquor store. Mystery solved! Thanks again.
