Kendall Jackson and they also make Lacrema... In my experience, they kn ow where the form was distributed adn have a list of states they will pay, based on distribution of the form... I was paid on Carmel Road and that form was distributed in my state...I always avoid LaCrema and Kendall Jac kson because of past rejections. This is what works for me.... I now keep a list of wines that are not likely to pay and it saves me a lot of time, postage and frustration.

Also I have told people about certain non-payers adn they seem to have had a totally different experience so it has not helped to share. Mostly, it causes confusion, the people forget and keep askign repeatedly and inevitably, a couple of people will post that they have never had a problem with anything and when they do, it is a simple mistake and only takes a quick fix..... If you keep your own list of the ones that reject you, eventually you see that theya re the same family of wines-- Kendall Jackson, Enovation (Voga, Luna di Luna, etc.) and now it seems to be happening with the high value TWE and FFMB-- treas wine estates and foley family multi brand.
If anyone else is trying to figure out del rio and laredo, pls email me directly and pls lmk--- what is issue date of last Laredo you were paid on? what is issue date of last del rio check you rec'd..... I will share with you the same info and maybe we can confirm what seems to be a pattern right now....I've been at this board since it started and would lvoe to chat privately. Introduce yourself pls if you are not a long time member.... TY!!!
