I called Del Rio about a wine rebate I mailed in April. It was purchased in March. After a heavily-accented woman checked and checked she said I'd been denied because I'd purchased wine regularly in the past which she said was unusual. I don't send in refunds every week. Is this something new they're doing to avoid paying?

I have heard and experienced myself in a direct email. Iv'e been at this board since it started as you can see by my no. of posts and years of membership. Yr posting name is slightly familiar but I do not recall who you are although it seems I've chatted with you or seen you post before. Feel free to contact me via email.... I think very few, if any, people would be inclined to respond at this public board... Just a thought. Maybe I'm wrong...
