states or also for purchases in thsoe states? Do you have to do both-- buy in and live in? I keep forgetting which brands require which.
If you hav e no time to reply, I totally understand... I'm postign this because those details are impt to me and maybe soemone will read this and remember to add that next time they post....

However, in the bottom fine print it reads valid only for residents of the USA and Military Personnel and all Federal Military Bases in the United States.

to elaborate. The small print that says valid in u.s. is boilerplate that is from their regular typical template of terms... It is what they originally used on most/all forms. Whent he offer devizates from those terms, they add additional wording..... The additional term-- valid in CA, etc. has been added to make the offer more specific. This is how it was explained to me at one point... dont' recall when or by whom but it seems to be a reliable way to interpret.
