when exposed to high temperatures in the postal trucks and the constant picking up and setting down the packages which calls the liquids to move around in the cans and the unopened cans would become hard and eventually explode. We have had soda cans explode in hot summer when they were just sitting on the floor much less lots of movement if shipped, etc.
