Here's the basic instructions: RAOK = Random Act of Kindness = Claim the previous person's and be surprised. The next person claims a RAOK from you. PIF = Pay it Forward = Claim something you want from the previous person's availability list, and list at least 5 items another can then claim from you. PIB = Pay it Back = Review the last person's wishlist and send something from it. Post your wishlist. These are small, happy trades; each pays own postage (EPOP). Generally a single envelope. Send it timely. Review the threads for ideas of what people generally need and/or have.
