I called yesturday to have a ecv reset that expired the day before. The lady reset it and said that she was resetting 6 more for me from Dec. that had expired and to call back on Monday because I had like 15 more from the end of last year that expired also. I just checked my account and there were over 40 of them reset that total over $450. I can't believe I had that many that I didn't use or that expired. Now grant you at one time I had over 60 listed on my account because of the Oct. deals and they would not print at the register so I had to print them at home and someone of them did expire on me but I can't believe it was that many. I was going to call them tomorrow about the gum toothbrush ecb being for $1 instead of the $1.99 but since I had that many to have reset I think I will not bother since I got the toothbrush free with a coupon and ecb. 1|1|Connie, people on another board I go to had this happen....what happens is all the times the cashier couldn't get the ECBs to go through and did some override or couponed them off, they ended up NOT being voided (as when you use them)....so they expire (you think you used them). I don't like giant eagle much at all but it may be worth a trip for this deal.
