I think the ages are 6-14. The children take survey's and occassionally the parent will have a survey. They earn points which you redeem...they send you a check. I think the lowest payout is $10.
Most of the time when a parent has a survey to take so many points is added to each of your childrens accounts.
You can sign up as many kids you have within the age range.
