Then they give the feedback to businesses. I've enjoyed being a panel member and thought you might also be interested in checking it out.
In addition to having my opinions heard by America's businesses, NFO membership means automatic entry into their sweepstakes with a grand prize of $10,000. You also get reward points (which can be converted into cash) for joining, for taking surveys, and (you guessed it) for referring other people. These points add up quickly. I belong to a few other survey sites, as well, but this one seems to offer the quickest "payout."
