I have already done this & been paid.
I need 11 people to sign up. It does cost $5.97 via Paypal or you can send payment in. You then get the voucher to get payment back for up to 8 movie tickets. Please read the site completely. If you pay the $5.97 via Paypal, then your reimbursement for the movie tickets will be sent to you via Paypal, otherwise they send via snail mail. They do offer other survey incentives after you do the 1st one. The offer is limited to 1 per household.
If you aren't serious, please don't ask me to send you the link. Just email me with "survey link" in the subject line.
