This site is great, all you have to do is request one sample a day and earn miles. You also earn additional miles by reviewing the product and answering short survey's (normally under 10 questions).
In my first day I earned 200 miles. You can cash as little as 1,000 miles in for prizes, if you earn 10,000 you can get a DVD player! If you average 200 miles a day you can get a DVD player for free in less then 2 months!
