I have a friend who has cataracts. She is in need of mission eye surgery, but doesn't know who to turn to for this.She doesn't plan on leaving her home state of Indiana and wants to find a surgeon. She would consider traveling toward Indianapolis or LOusiville.Does anyone know of any Surgeon who does this type of work in this area she could contact or any agency that specifically deals in these problems ? She doesn't drive anymore and is legally blind...so to speak. I believe I am correct in this assumption about her being legally blind.I know she got cataracts first on one eye, then it started on the other.Anyway if you know of anyone or place, please reply to message on this site. or you may know how a spend-down might apply to her.I know she would be grateful.....Thanks to all who may reply.....
