I just found a company that provides unlimited dialup service for only $6.50 per month. Plus, the company pays $5.00 for each referral after they pay for one month of service. You don't have to be getting service from them in order to get paid either. They pay by PayPal or direct check ($5.00 fee). You can request payment anytime you have at least $50.00 balance. They have access numbers nationwide so they might just have a number in your area. Check it out here:
