is scheduling the following July restaurant shops:
Dates: July 27-28 (can be extended to July 29 if necessary)
Locations:
MIDDLETOWN, NY
HAGERSTOWN, MD
PORT CHARLOTTE, FL
We are looking for shoppers who are between the ages of 21yrs - 27yrs
OR shoppers who know someone of this age group to accompany them, to perform
a restaurant shop any day for LUNCH or DINNER (Shop must begin between the
hours of 12pm-3pm OR 5pm-10pm only).
Shopper or Guest MUST be between the age group above as this person will be
required to order an alcoholic drink to see if properly carded for ID. In
order to be eligible for this shop, we MUST have proof of ID of the Age
person's Driver's License and/or State ID.
This ID can be emailed to: DebbyforPSS@aol.com or
Nisshopper@aol.com as a .bmp or .jpg file
OR can be faxed to Debby at 440-349-1987 (please let me know first because
the computer is connected to the phone line and I will have to disconnect
from the internet) or NIS at 440-838-0442. When faxing and/or emailing the

(if not the shopper).
The scenario of this shop is as follows:
*Shopper and guest will perform a bar shop.
*Age person will order required alcoholic drink while other shopper will
order non-alcoholic drink and both will share appetizer. When bar shop is
completed, bar bill will be paid by shopper and tip will be left for
bartender. Shoppers will proceed to dining room.
*Age person will order required alcoholic drink while other shopper will
order non-alcoholic drink and both will order entree of choice and share
dessert.
*At end of dining room shop, shopper will request to see manager and
introduce themselves as the shopper at which manager will comp the dining
room bill. Shopper will be responsible to leave the tip.
*Both tips for bartender and server and bar bill will be reimbursed by our
company within 5-10 days of shop completion.
