Instead you use an local access number. You can even use it at pay phones! They have 2 plans...on the first you could talk FOREVER and only pay 99c. Both me and my sister have this plan....works like a charm. I've talked to her for 2 hours in the middle of the day and the bill was still 99c!! And even better, they don't just jam you for the 99c (like 1010220) if you talk for only a few minutes. It's 10c a minute with a cap at 99c. (99c is for your region and it is 1.99 for the rest of the country) the other plan is a flat rate 4.9c a minute. If you sign up with a referral, we both get a credit of 1.99.
